Participants at the launch of the Chadwicks Group “Leadership Development Programme” yesterday at Chadwick’s Groups HQ in Ashfield yesterday.
This programme, designed by Chadwicks Learning and Engagement dept, the Irish Management Institute, and co funded by Midland Border East Skillnet, will run from October 2022 to March 2024, and will enable participants to gain the Competencies, Capabilities and Leadership Mindsets, essential for our Future Leaders in an ever changing Retail, Trade and working environment, using the High Impact Transformation (HIT) approach to Leadership Development.
Patrick Atkinson, Chadwick’s Group CEO welcomed the 23 participants present and wished them every success on their Leadership Journey.
